INTRODUCTION:
At SOCIOFITT, we are committed to providing quality fitness programs, classes, and services to our members. We understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of memberships, classes, and special programs. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.
MEMBERSHIP FEES:
- Non-Refundable Fees: Membership initiation or registration fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed.
- Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership unless otherwise stated under special circumstances.
CLASS AND PROGRAM FEES:
- Refunds: Class and program fees are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical condition supported by a doctor’s note, partial refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of management.
- Missed Classes: No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes. However, make-up classes may be offered for valid reasons, subject to availability and scheduling.
- Class Cancellations by Studio: If SOCIOFITTcancels a class or program, members will receive either a full refund or a credit toward future classes, based on their preference.
WORKSHOPS, EVENTS, AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS:
- Refunds: Fees for workshops, events, and special programs are refundable up to 30 days before the start date, subject to a deduction of administrative charges (if any). No refunds will be provided within 30 days of the start date.
- Cancellations by Studio: If SOCIOFITTcancels a workshop, event, or special program, participants will be entitled to a full refund or credit toward a future offering.
PRIVATE SESSIONS AND PERSONAL TRAINING:
- Cancellations: Private training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advanceto avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.
- Refunds: Fees for private sessions are non-refundable. If a session is cancelled by SOCIOFITT,a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.
MEDICAL AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Medical Cancellations: If a member is unable to continue classes or programs due to a documented medical condition, a pro-rated refund or credit may be offered upon submission of a valid doctor’s note.
- Special Circumstances: Requests for refunds due to other unexpected situations (such as relocation) will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.
PROCESSING REFUNDS:
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7 working daysfrom the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed.
- Any transaction fees, administrative charges, or service costs (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining balance will be paid back.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY:
SOCIOFITT reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes through the studio’s official communication channels. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
