This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions made through Sociofitt, operated by RRFX INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). This Policy forms part of and shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the Platform.
By using our website, mobile application, or related services collectively called hereinafter as “Platform”, You (“User”, “You”, “Your”) acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and payments made through the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Fitness, wellness, gym, dance, yoga, and other service bookings.
- Memberships, passes, and subscription plans.
- Marketplace purchases of fitness-related products, equipment, or digital goods, in app purchases, upgrades, or promotional packages.
2. General Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations must be initiated through the Platform or via email to connect@fluentx.in before the applicable time limits described below.
- Requests made beyond the permissible period or after availing the service/product shall not be eligible for a refund.
- The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any cancellation or refund request at its sole discretion.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed only to the original payment method used by the User.
3. Service Bookings and Memberships
3.1 User-Initiated Cancellations
• Single Sessions / Bookings:
- Cancellation requests must be raised at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- If cancelled within this window, the refund or credit adjustment may be issued after deducting cancellation charges as applicable based on the selection made by the user.
- If cancelled after this period or if the user fails to attend, no refund shall be processed.
• Memberships / Subscriptions:
- Memberships or passes purchased for a fixed duration are non-refundable once activated.
- Auto renewal subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal to avoid automatic charges.
- If the user cancels within 24 hours of purchase and has not availed any session, a full refund may be considered.
3.2 Cancellations by Service Partners
If a confirmed session is cancelled by a partner (e.g., gym, trainer, wellness studio):
- Users may opt for a rescheduled session, service credit, or full refund, at their discretion and the cancellation charges may be borne by the service partners and not the users.
3.3 Service Disruptions or Unavailability
If a paid session or service is unavailable due to operational, technical, or scheduling issues on the partner’s end:
- A semi refund or equivalent service credit will be provided upon proper review by the platform.
4. Marketplace Orders (Products and Goods)
4.1 Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch/shipping by contacting support.
- Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
4.2 Returns and Replacements
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged products received.
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Product not as described on the Platform.
To initiate a return:
- Email connect@fluentx.in within 7 days of delivery, mentioning the Order ID and attaching relevant photos or videos.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
Upon verification, users may receive:
- A replacement, if available, or
- A full refund to the original payment method.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of items are non returnable, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used health supplements, nutrition products, or consumables.
- Digital products, downloadable content, or e-books.
- Personal-use fitness gear (mats, gloves, bottles, etc.) once unsealed.
5. Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds shall not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- User voluntarily cancels after partial or full service utilization.
- Failure to attend or utilize booked services.
- Any payment made for special promotional offers, limited-time discounts, or bundled packages.
- Marketplace products classified as non-returnable.
- Refund request raised after 7 days from purchase or delivery.
- Breach of Terms and Conditions, misuse of services, or fraudulent activity by the user.
6. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If the user is charged multiple times for a single transaction or payment fails but funds are debited:
- The duplicate or failed amount will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway or refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.
7. Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be sent via email to connect@fluentx.in with:
- Registered name, email, and contact number.
- Transaction or order ID.
- Description and proof of issue.
- Valid requests will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from confirmation.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, card issuers, or payment gateways, which are beyond the Company’s control.
8. Modification or Withdrawal of Services
In case the Platform modifies, suspends, or discontinues a service or product after payment, users will be entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- Equivalent credits for alternate services/products.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Users must raise any billing discrepancies with the Company within two (2) weeks from the transaction date. Chargebacks initiated through banks or payment gateways without prior intimation to the Platform may result in suspension of the user’s account.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
12. Amendments to this Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
