These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the official website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, referred to as "Platform"). By using the Platform, the user agrees to comply with these Terms. If the user do not agree with any part of these Terms, the user shall refrain from using the services rendered.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The user’s use of the Platform signifies their acceptance of these Terms and any modifications that maybe implemented from time to time by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at their sole discretion without any form of prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any updates constitutes the user’s acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the services, the user must be at least 16+ years old (with the parental/guardian permission) or should be legally capable (18 and above with a sound mind) of entering into a binding contract. The Platform reserves the right to deny access to any user at their discretion. Additionally, the users are prohibited from maintaining multiple active accounts or transferring their account to another individual.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, the user must register an account by providing accurate information. The users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performing for their account. If the user suspect any unauthorized use, such user must notify the same immediately to the Platform by raising a ticket or any other prescribed mode of contact that is available within the Platform. The Platform shall not held liable for to the user’s account.

4. Services Offered

The platform provides users with access to a variety of products and services, including but not limited to Fitness, wellness, gyms, dance and other fitness related activities. Purchases made through the Platform are subject to the platform’s policies on cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds, which are available on the Platform.

5. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy outlines how the Platform collect, use, and protect the user’s personal information. By using the Platform, the users consent to the data practices as described in the Data & Privacy Policy of the Platform. The user agrees to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

6. Payment and Transactions

All payments for purchases must be made through the approved payment methods available on the Platform. By providing payment details, the user confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method. The Platform may not be held responsible for issues which are included but not limited to failed transactions due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details entered by the users, or third-party processing issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the usage of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access, or disruptions in service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Pricing

The platform enables the users to purchase memberships, services, products etc listed at the stated prices at any given time. However, the platform does not guarantee that these prices are the lowest across any specific region, city, or geography. In the event that any membership, service, product, or related offering is listed with incorrect pricing or inaccurate information due to a technical error, typographical mistake, or oversight, the platform reserves the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any such orders at its sole discretion. Pricing is determined as per the Platform’s internal policies and may be subject to change.

The platform also retains the right to cancel the orders placed by the users at their discretion and will notify the users accordingly. If an order is cancelled post-payment, the corresponding amount will be refunded subject to cancellation policies.

11. Promotional Offers, Discounts, and Sales

The Platform may periodically offer special promotions, discounts, or sales campaigns. If such offers become available after the users’ purchase, the Platform shall not be obligated to extend those benefits retroactively. However, the user may avail such promotions for future purchases during their validity period. Additional terms may apply to specific promotional campaigns, such as extended delivery timelines during high-demand sales.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

• The content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, interfaces, designs, and computer code ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to its parent company – RRFX INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (FLUENTX). It is legally protected under copyright, patent, and trademark laws and such other legal securities.
• Any trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are proprietary to the platform or their licensors. The users are prohibited from using them without explicit prior consent.
• If the user believes that their intellectual property has been infringed upon, the user must provide the Platform with:
  1. Identification of the intellectual property in question.
  2. Details on the infringing content, including its location on the platform.
  3. A declaration of good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.
  4. User contact information.
  5. A statement asserting the accuracy of such claim, along with the electronic or physical signature of such user.
  6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a specific purpose.
• The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free services. Any content downloaded or accessed through the platform is done at the user’s own risk.
• The Platform shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, service interruptions, loss of data, or damages arising from the use of the platform.
• The Platform shall not be liable for any third party’s unauthorized use of the account or data loss resulting from such unauthorized access.

14. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

• The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its owner company, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and vendors against any claims, damages, losses, and legal expenses resulting from:
  1. Users’ breach of these terms.
  2. Misrepresentation of information provided by the users.
  3. Due to infringement of any third-party rights.
• Under no circumstances shall the platform be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

15. Violation of Terms

• Any violation of these terms may result in legal consequences, including temporary or permanent suspension of access to the platform. The Platform reserves the right to seek injunctive relief for any unlawful activity.
• If legal action is initiated due to the user’s violation, the user will be liable for all associated costs and attorney fees incurred.

16. Account Suspension & Termination

• The user may discontinue their use of the platform at any time by closing their account.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if the user breaches any terms, act unethically, or manipulate the services offered in an inappropriate way.
• Upon termination, any outstanding obligations for products or services already ordered must still be fulfilled.

17. Reporting Concerns & Grievance Redressal

If the user come across any violations, objectionable content, or have grievances related to the platform or services provided through the platform, please contact the authorized team at:

The platform will strive to address such concerns within 20 business days or within the timeline as notified to the user while making such claims.

18. Communication Consent

By using the platform, the user agrees to receive communications via SMS, push notifications, or email regarding the services, promotions, and other updates offered through the platform. The user may opt-out of such communications at any time by contacting the team. However, opting out may limit the user’s access to certain services.

19. General Provisions

• Assignment:The user may not transfer the rights under these terms without prior written consent to the platform. The Platform reserves the right to assign the rights under these terms without requiring the user’s consent.
• Severability:If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent.
• Waiver:Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the owner company regarding platform usage and supersede all prior agreements. The user’s continued use of the platform signifies the user’s acceptance of these terms.
